Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept refund or exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing issue, or damage during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll replace it at no cost or offer a full refund.

  • Wrong item received: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, let us know within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

 Non-Refundable Situations

To remain sustainable and continue offering affordable pricing, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size selected)

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Custom or personalized orders
